All Jobs coming into business are carefully studied to make sure the customer's requirement and all are documented.
Job's requirements are documented to carry out the costing and job packages prepared.Also relevant information are also documented.
Check the current work schedule and planned
schedule for the new inquiry to ensure the right time delivery.
Required Drawings are made to find out the Total
BOM and Materials are ordered according to the required material specification.
Work is undertaken and sign off by the Project In
charge with reference to Time Line Chart to completing the project.
The Completed job is checked by the customer and
deliver to the customer
Any rework or area of non compliance are
documented
Q.A. Department analyze the non compliance and
root cause for the non compliance and define corrective and preventive actions to be carried out.
